Mammootty’s latest film is another masterpiece from his production company. It takes us on a journey through another phase of Mammootty’s acting career, and it’s truly remarkable. The face of the new Malayalam cinema is Jiyo Baby, and Mammootty’s powerful political statements in his films are well-known. He not only entertains us with his movies but also brings forth another art form that empowers us.

No one can deny that Mammootty is one of the senior superstars in India. Even at this age, he continues to surprise us with such exceptional films. Jyothika’s performance is also worth mentioning. We never expected such a mature portrayal from her, and even if it’s dubbed, it still works.

The film provides a significant space for everyone involved, thanks to the talented director. The music is another special feature that adds to the overall experience. Unlike ‘The Great Indian Kitchen,’ this film has a more cinematic touch. It feels like a good movie that brings such an important topic to society.

It’s a must-watch film that deserves to be seen on the big screen, especially for families.

“Kathal”

Love is a very diverse… a new concept. It is what sets this movie, Kathal, apart from other films. It takes a different approach compared to most movies. The story begins after 20 years of marriage when the husband receives a divorce notice from his wife. The reasons behind it and how they confront each other are presented in a captivating manner, making this movie stand out. It combines politics, family relationships, and romance. Like the characters in the movie, there are many familiar faces, which adds to the charm of Kathal. There are two scenes that I particularly enjoyed: one featuring Mammootty and his father, and the final scene with Jyothika and Mammootty. Jyothika’s dialogue delivery in the dubbing artist’s voice was impressive. Even though it may seem like a major issue, it doesn’t affect the movie as much. Overall, I really liked the film. It is a simple picture that tells an engaging story without any extravagant sets or catchy songs. However, if you can relate to the characters’ journey in your own life, it will become a beloved movie for you. Mathew and Oman still linger in my mind, representing the essence of a momentary encounter… ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿฅฐ
